What to expect
Going to see a therapist for the first time can be outright frightening. Here we walk you through our first appointment together so you know what to expect from your first appointment and how to know if your therapist is a good fit for you!
Everyone's life experiences are unique, however, there are a few issues that seem to underlie much of what we see come up in the therapy room. Sometimes it can even be difficult to express what it is you are actually feeling. Here we touch on some of those common issues, how they might show up in your life and how we might be able to help.
