Payment is due at the end of your session and can be paid by credit card or etransfer. Many people have coverage for counselling services through their extended health plan. If you plan on utilizing your benefits, please contact your provider to determine what credentials they cover (RCC, RSW, RPsych, etc). Your therapist will provide you with an official receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

The rate to see our Clinical Directors are as follows:

50 Minute Individual Counselling Session - $165

50 Minute Parent Support Session - $165

80 Minute Individual Counselling Session - $245

50 Minute Family Counselling Session - $180

50 Minute Couples Counselling Session - $180

The rate to see our Associates are as follows:

50 Minute Individual Counselling Session - $150

50 Minute Parent Support session - $150

50 Minute Family Counselling Session - $165

Please note that at this time, RCCs are required to charge an additional 5% GST. The Province is in the process of removing this requirement in 2024, at which time these additional fees will be removed.
